Continuing the Legacy of Satisfied Homeowners

Just over 30 years ago Dan Kippley built our first home. When we thought about a remodel, Kippley Custom Carpentry was at the top of our list. What started as a small remodel of our kitchen quickly grew into a whole house remodel with an addition (if you give a mouse a cookie…). We were pleased that the project moved steadily even with the challenges of the supply chain resulting from the pandemic. It was enjoyable to witness the business transitioning to the next generation. We were just as satisfied now as we were then.

Owner, Matthew Kippley

Matthew Kippley grew up learning the art of homebuilding from his father Daniel, who founded Kippley Custom Carpentry in 1987. After more than a decade of working alongside his father and brother on countless job sites, he chose to carry on the family legacy by purchasing Kippley Custom Carpentry from his father. As the new owner, Matthew brings a fresh vision and innovative building techniques to the company. However, he stays true to Kippley’s longstanding commitment to unmatched quality, customer service, and hands-on craftsmanship.

Under Matthew’s leadership, Kippley Custom Carpentry continues its tradition of helping families in south central Wisconsin build their dream custom homes. Matthew takes pride in being involved personally in every project to ensure it meets the highest standards. His construction expertise combined with his personable, collaborative approach create an enjoyable homebuilding experience.

Matthew looks forward to upholding the Kippley standard of excellence for decades to come.
